A supermarket is adjacent, and over a dozen restaurants, bars, and shops are within a 5-minute walk. The area feels safe and walkable. Parking is paid and unreservable nearby at €25/day, so a car is unnecessary for city exploration.

The apartment has one living room, two separate bedrooms, and one bathroom with shower and bidet. The main bedroom is large with city views; the second bedroom contains two single beds that are firm but can creak. The living area has a sofa, dining table, and TV, and opens onto a balcony. Air conditioning and heating are effective, though the bedroom thermostat cannot be adjusted independently. Tiled floors run throughout. The bathroom is functional but drain odours can arise; ventilation is limited. The apartment also has a desk, making it suitable for short work stays.

The kitchen includes a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, electric kettle, and basic cookware and utensils. A supermarket steps away supplies groceries. Note that the kitchen power trips if the oven and hob run simultaneously, so plan single-appliance cooking. Several affordable Italian and international restaurants are within 300 metres: Trattoria Italo Cinese, Finger's Burger, T'amo Burger, and Pepe Nero. For a wider choice, the area around Porta Romana Metro provides additional dining options.
