The nearest MRT station (Sanam Chai) is a 25-minute walk, and the BTS (Phaya Thai) is a 20-minute taxi/tuk-tuk ride. For longer trips, a taxi boat at Phra Arthit Pier (N13) is a 10-minute walk, giving direct access to Wat Arun, IconSiam, and other riverside attractions. The area is quiet at night, but for those arriving late, walking from the main road involves unlit streets. Don Mueang International Airport is 32 km (45-75 minutes by taxi) and Suvarnabhumi is 40 km (50-90 minutes by taxi). Many local restaurants and cafes are within a 5-minute walk.

Room options include double, twin, triple, family, and single rooms, all with air conditioning, a work desk, and TV (cable channels). Private bathrooms are available in most room types; some single and family rooms have shared bathrooms (separated by gender). The single room has one bed, the family room sleeps three, and double rooms have two beds. The property has a lift for upper-floor access. Rooms are compact but well-presented; however, some rooms have only a tiny window behind fixed jalousie blinds, making them unable to ventilate naturally, so rooms can feel stuffy, especially when drying clothes. Noise insulation is thin: sound from adjacent rooms, hallways (footsteps, voices, children) and corridor door slamming can disturb sleep - rooms away from stairs and corridors offer more quiet.
