Barcelona El Prat Airport is 17 km away. A metro station, tram and bus stops are a short walk from the apartment, providing direct access to all major attractions, including the city centre and the beach. Guests can reach the beach in about 20 minutes on foot. The neighbourhood offers supermarkets, bakeries, cafés and a variety of restaurants within a few hundred metres. A shopping centre is a 15-minute walk from the property. Public transport is excellent, making a car optional for exploring the city.

The spacious apartment features a living room with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen (stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, kitchenware) and a washing machine. Air conditioning and central heating are available throughout. The east-facing balcony and terrace offer garden views, are warm in the morning and have effective blinds that can fully darken the room - ideal for sleeping. The main bedroom has a very comfortable double bed with sheets and a duvet; blankets are also available. Flooring is parquet and the apartment is bright, clean and well-maintained. All rooms have access to the balcony.

The kitchen includes a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and all necessary utensils. A dining table accommodates guests for in-house meals. The surrounding area has numerous restaurants within a few hundred metres, including Italian, Spanish and international options, as well as supermarkets and bakeries for groceries. The property does not offer a restaurant, bar or meal service.

The communal pool is open all year and is a popular feature for relaxing after a day exploring the city. A dedicated shallow-end kids' pool is also available, making the property family-friendly.
