BAYMONT BY WYNDHAM HOUSTON NORTH, Houston

The property is directly on a freeway, resulting in persistent traffic noise that makes it challenging for light sleepers. The immediate area is not considered safe for walking after dusk. On-site parking is free and available without reservation, making car travel the most practical option. A limited-hour airport shuttle runs until 6pm, but for late arrivals or heavy luggage, a rental car is more reliable.

Room types include quadruple rooms with two beds, double rooms with one bed, and suites. All include carpeted floors, a seating area, and a sofa. The air conditioning is available, but the overall room condition is frequently reported as very poor: stained furniture, dirty floors, broken shower heads, mold, and blood- or urine-stained bed linens have been noted. The building has a strong smell of marijuana and smoke throughout the hallways. Light sleepers should be aware that noise from the freeway is constant.
