The neighbourhood has several dining options within a 5-minute walk: Lou Malnati's Pizzeria (0.5 km), Backlot Coffee (0.5 km), Hot Woks Cool Sushi (0.5 km), and a Walgreens and Dunkin' just steps away. For drivers, the guaranteed off-street parking spot is a major time-saver. The UP-NW Metra line is also within walking distance.

Leisure

No on-site wellness facilities; the location is best suited for city exploration using the Blue Line.
