BAYMONT BY WYNDHAM RENO, Reno

The hotel provides a variety of room configurations including double-bed rooms and king suites. Some units include a kitchenette with a stovetop, full-size refrigerator, and microwave. Rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV with cable and satellite channels, ironing facilities, a sitting area, free local telephone calls, and carpeted floors. Bathrooms include free toiletries. Bed comfort receives mixed reports; while some guests find the beds very comfortable with good pillows, others note the mattresses can be excessively soft or springy. Rooms can vary significantly in condition: some are described as spacious and clean, while others have stained carpets, worn furniture, torn curtains, and signs of mold or ants. Noise from thin walls and adjoining rooms can be an issue; request a quiet upper floor to minimize disturbance.

The complimentary breakfast, served in the breakfast room, typically includes scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, make-your-own waffles, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, juices, and coffee. The breakfast room can get crowded, and waffle makers (only two) may require a wait. The breakfast offering is subject to change; during certain periods, a grab-and-go bag with a cereal bar, juice, and milk replaced the hot breakfast. Several chain and casual restaurants are within a 1 km walk, including Wendy's, McDonald's, Grand Cafe, and The Nook, offering alternatives for lunch or dinner.

Services include a 24-hour reception, free Wi-Fi (reliable), a business center, and a free airport shuttle (schedule may vary by staffing). A free shuttle to downtown casinos and the train station is also provided. Parking is free and on-site, but the lot fills up; the hotel reserves some spaces for events. A coin-operated laundry is available for guests. Pets are allowed with possible charges. Housekeeping frequency can be limited; some guests report rooms not serviced daily. The front desk staff vary in helpfulness but are noted for being friendly and efficient by many. Luggage storage may not be available.
