THE GREENS HOTEL ON DEL PASO, Sacramento

The hotel is situated in an older part of town with some closed storefronts, yet it is within walking distance of several local dining options including Beto's Taqueria (0.5 km), Haveli Grill (1 km), and a Mexican restaurant across the road. The Sacramento River Parkway Trail is 2 km away, and the California State Capitol Museum is a 10-minute drive. Parking is free and secure on site, making a car the most practical way to explore the area. The immediate neighborhood has a cultural, eclectic feel with a number of small shops and eateries.

The property offers several room types: double rooms with two beds, single rooms, superior rooms with a walk-in shower, and a suite with a separate living area and bedroom. All rooms feature a flat-screen cable TV, air conditioning, heating, free toiletries, and an alarm clock. Many rooms include a Keurig coffee maker. The rooms are noted for being extremely clean, modern, and well-maintained, with some units providing a full-size fridge and a kitchen sink. A uniquely appreciated feature is the ability to open the top half of the door for fresh air. Rooms at the rear or away from the street are quieter. Some rooms have a lower-level option upon request. There are no bathtubs and no rooms with balconies.

The seasonal outdoor pool is a central feature of the property's courtyard, surrounded by a garden with outdoor furniture and a picnic area. Sun loungers and beach towels are available. No spa or gym is on site. The secure, tranquil courtyard with plants and outdoor seating offers a pleasant space to relax.
