B&B ELEGANCE, Bologna

The property sits in a central area a 15-minute walk from Bologna Train Station, providing direct rail connections across the city and to the airport. Piazza Grande is 1 km away, with the historic centre reachable in about 20 minutes on foot. A bus stop is located directly outside, and the student area with numerous cafés, restaurants, and small supermarkets such as Pam is a short walk. The surrounding streets offer several casual dining options, including Le Salentine, Masaniello Pizzeria Etica, and Naselli, all within 0.5 km.

Room options vary from compact single rooms with a private bathroom to larger studios and suites. Some units include a kitchen equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, and kitchenware, plus a washing machine, making them practical for longer stays or self-catering. A select number of rooms feature a balcony. Standard room amenities include a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, heating, tea and coffee making facilities, and free Wi-Fi. Bathrooms are either private (with shower and bidet in most cases) or shared. The property is an upper-floor apartment accessed via a lift that stops one floor below. The smaller rooms are basic and can be cramped; the larger rooms offer more space and comfort. Street-facing rooms may experience significant traffic noise, and the building is situated above a nightclub, which can be audible at night.

Breakfast is not consistently provided-some stays include a coffee machine with pods and wrapped brioches left in the room, while others report no breakfast at all despite having paid for it. When breakfast is offered, it typically consists of a single pastry and a drink. There is no restaurant on site. A café operates on the ground floor of the building, and a minimarket is available for self-catering purchases. Guests who prefer a full or reliable morning meal should plan to eat at one of the numerous cafés within a short walk.
