The B&B is at 21 Santa Maria Street on the first floor of a 17th-century building. The location is ideal for walkable sightseeing: Palazzo Pitti is 350 metres away, Ponte Vecchio a 10-minute stroll, and the Uffizi Gallery, Piazza della Signoria, and the Duomo are all reachable on foot within 15-20 minutes. Santa Maria Novella railway station is a 15-minute walk or a short bus ride (bus no. 11 from the station's left exit). The surrounding area features artisan workshops, trattorias, and the lively Santo Spirito square with many restaurants and bars. The shopping streets Via della Vigna Nuova and Via Tornabuoni with Italian fashion brands are also easily accessible. The street is very quiet, offering a calm retreat from tourist crowds while being close to everything.

All rooms are non-smoking and come with private bathroom (shower, bidet, hairdryer, toiletry set). Some rooms also have a bathtub. Coffee, tea, and water are freely available throughout the day from a machine in the breakfast room. The breakfast costs an additional €6-8 per person, and the refundable rate without breakfast offers a 15% discount. There is no in-house restaurant or bar, but many traditional trattorias - such as La Casalinga, Boboli Trattoria, and Santo Bevitore - are within a few minutes' walk in the Santo Spirito area.
