B&B HOTEL FIRENZE NUOVO PALAZZO DI GIUSTIZIA, Florence

The hotel sits on a busy road, which provides convenient access by car via the A11 motorway (Sesto Fiorentino exit 4 km away) and by public transport. The T2 tram line (Torre degli Agli stop, 5-10 minutes on foot) connects directly to Florence's historic centre in about 20 minutes and to Peretola Airport in under 5 minutes - a single stop. Several cafés and a pizzeria are within 0.5 km, making it easy to grab a meal. The area is practical for motorists and transit users, though some find it less lively after dark. Parking on the street is not allowed, but free on-site parking (first come, first served) is a significant advantage in Florence.

The breakfast offers a continental spread with bread, pastries, cereals, yoghurt, fruit, and hot drinks, plus vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options - all included in the buffet. It is generally considered good value, though the dining area can feel cramped when full, and replenishment can be slow during peak times. For other meals, vending machines on the ground floor offer drinks and snacks (paid). Several cafés, a pizzeria, and a bar are within a 3-minute walk, providing alternatives for lunch or dinner.

The hotel is fully non-smoking, with CCTV and 24-hour security. Pets are allowed on request at €5 per day. A vending machine for drinks and snacks is available (paid). Business services include fax/photocopying for an extra charge. Parking is free on-site but unguarded and first come, first served - the garage entrance is narrow and steep. An electric vehicle charging station is provided. The 24-hour reception allows flexible check-in and luggage storage, which is useful for late or early arrivals. Cots are available on request. The lift serves all floors.
