Several cafés and a pizzeria are within 0.5 km, making it easy to grab a meal. The area is practical for motorists and transit users, though some find it less lively after dark. Parking on the street is not allowed, but free on-site parking (first come, first served) is a significant advantage in Florence.

Rooms are available as double, twin, triple, and quadruple configurations, with comfortable beds (note that double beds may be two single mattresses pushed together). Bathrooms are generally small and some show signs of age - cracked tiles or mould.
