The area is highly walkable: San Maurizio al Monastero Maggiore is a 6-minute walk, Museo Del Novecento is 600 m away, and Sforzesco Castle is under 1 km. The tram stops right outside several buildings, connecting to the rest of the city. Milan Linate Airport is 9 km away; the paid shuttle from Malpensa costs €110 total. The location is excellent for exploring the city on foot, but some streets have significant traffic noise - choosing a unit on a quieter side street is advisable. The area is full of restaurants, bars, and supermarkets within 100-300 m.

Each apartment comes with a kitchenette that includes a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and essential cookware, making self-catering easy. Complimentary coffee capsules and tea are provided. The surrounding area is packed with dining options within a 5-minute walk: Pizzeria La Regina Rossa, Cervin Bistrot, De Bini, Trattoria Milanese Dal 1933, and Taberna Apiciana are all 0.5 km away. Breakfast is not included, but guests can prepare their own or visit nearby cafés and bakeries (Carrefour under some buildings). No on-site bar or restaurant exists, but the location puts dozens of eateries at your doorstep.
