B&B TERMINI, Rome

The guest house sits in a dense central area with multiple restaurants, bars, and a supermarket within a 0.5 km radius, providing ample dining and shopping options within walking distance. The Sapienza University of Rome is less than 1 km away, making it a practical location for academic visitors. While the immediate building is not signposted from the street, the location is highly walkable for city exploration, and the Termini transport links simplify connections to the airport and other attractions. For leisure travellers, the historic sites of Santa Maria Maggiore and Porta Maggiore are within 2 km.

Room types include family rooms (3 beds), quadruple rooms (2 beds), triple rooms, and double rooms (1 bed). All have a private bathroom with shower, bidet, hairdryer, and free toiletries. The triple room can be configured as one double and one single, or three single beds upon request. There are no rooms with a balcony.

Breakfast is served and costs €7 per person. The menu typically includes coffee and a sweet croissant, with other continental and Italian items available. Halal breakfast is also offered.
