CIALDINI 13 ROMA, Rome

The accommodation sits directly in front of Rome Termini Train Station, placing buses, metro and trains within a few minutes on foot. Santa Maria Maggiore is 400 metres away and Rome Ciampino Airport is 13 km from the property. The immediate area is busy and functional, with several restaurants within 0.5 km and a McDonalds nearby. The street environment feels less secure after dark, so returning on foot late at night may feel less comfortable for some travellers. For daytime sightseeing, the central location gives fast access to all major attractions via public transport.

Rooms are small and basic, best suited for a short stay of one or two nights. Private bathrooms are compact; some have a hand-held shower head instead of a fixed one and hot water can be inconsistent. In warmer weather, closing the window to reduce street noise makes the room stuffy, and some rooms have shutters that block natural light. Additional storage such as wardrobes and hangers is limited or absent. Bedding quality and cleanliness have been noted as inconsistent, with some rooms showing wear. A hairdryer is provided upon request. Daily housekeeping is available if requested.

The property does not offer breakfast, a restaurant or a bar. A coffee shop on site provides a simple option for a hot drink, but for a proper meal guests need to eat outside. There are several restaurants within a 0.5 km walk, including Italian, Chinese and casual options. For self-catering, a minimarket on site stocks essentials. Planning meals in advance is recommended for anyone arriving late or expecting an in-house dining service.

Free WiFi is available in the rooms. A lift provides access to upper floors. Express check-in and check-out are available, and luggage storage can be arranged, allowing guests to explore before check-in or after check-out. Daily housekeeping is provided free of charge but can be skipped on request. A 24-hour security setup includes CCTV in common areas and outside, smoke alarms, fire extinguishers and a security alarm. An ATM/cash machine is on site. Fax/photocopying is available for an additional charge. The property is not a hotel but a set of adapted rooms, so communication with staff is handled by remote or on-site personnel who may not speak fluent English or Italian.
