The hotel sits on Rue Saint Charles, a bustling street lined with cafés, restaurants and shops. Charles Michels Metro station (line 10) is directly across the road, offering fast links to Saint-Germain-des-Prés and the Latin Quarter. The Eiffel Tower and Champs de Mars are a pleasant 20-minute walk, while the Beaugrenelle shopping centre is 2 minutes away. The area is safe and well-served by buses, supermarkets and bakeries, making it easy to explore the city on foot or by public transport. From Gare Montparnasse the journey is 15 minutes by metro; from Charles de Gaulle Airport allow about 1 hour via RER B and metro line 10.

Single rooms have a 90 cm bed and shower. Double rooms are available with either a shower or a bath, both with a 140 cm bed. Twin rooms offer two 90 cm single beds and a bath. All rooms come with a hairdryer, toiletries and daily housekeeping. While the building is soundproofed in principle, interior walls are thin and noise from neighbouring rooms and the lift can be heard. Rooms overlooking the street may pick up traffic noise if windows are open. The hotel has a lift, and luggage storage is available free of charge before check-in and after checkout. No rooms have a balcony, kettle or minibar.

The breakfast includes dried fruit (apricots, dates, figs), soft-boiled, hard-boiled and poached eggs, and a selection of breads and pastries. There is no restaurant or bar on site, but the immediate neighbourhood offers dozens of restaurants, from casual cafés to Indian, Italian and French bistros, all within a 2- to 5-minute walk.
