Beaver Run Resort features 515 accommodations ranging from hotel rooms to specialty suites. Hotel room options include standard rooms with two queen beds, a sitting area, mini-fridge, and microwave, and petite rooms with a space-saving shower, microwave, and coffee maker. Studios offer an open layout with a queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, and efficiency kitchen. Breckenridge Studios feature an enhanced efficiency kitchen with a full-size refrigerator. Colorado Suites include a fireplace, private balcony, and efficiency kitchen, while Summit Suites offer a larger space with a wood-burning fireplace, private balcony, and enhanced kitchen with a full-size refrigerator. One-bedroom condos include a full kitchen, fireplace, private balcony, and a queen sleeper sofa. Two-bedroom condos add a second bedroom with two queen beds and an additional private bathroom. Three- and four-bedroom suites connect a two-bedroom townhome to adjacent hotel rooms via a spiral staircase. The Alpenglow Suite, located on the top floor of Building 1, has a gourmet kitchen and accommodates up to 12 guests. The Premium Corporate Suite has a wood-burning fireplace and a balcony with views of the slopes, while the Imperial Suite features a gourmet kitchen and can accommodate up to 12 guests. Rooms include a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, a coffee maker, and a hairdryer.

Beaver Run offers several on-site restaurants. Base 9 Bar is open year-round and features happy hour, a martini list, regional craft beers on tap, and wine. During New Year's Eve, Coppertop offers a view of the Torchlight Parade and fireworks, Spencer's has a tasting menu dinner, and Base Nine hosts a late-night party.

Beaver Run has two pool and hot tub areas, plus a private pool area in the Spa. The Building 3 pool area offers nine outdoor hot tubs and an indoor/outdoor pool. The Building 4 pool area features an outdoor pool with a grilling area, a hot tub, and an indoor sitting area with a fireplace. The Spa at Beaver Run offers treatments. Guests can relax in a tranquil oxygen lounge during oxygen therapy.

Beaver Run Resort is located at the base of Peak 9 in Breckenridge, Colorado, a few blocks from Main Street. The resort offers ski-in/ski-out access to the slopes via the Beaver Run SuperChair. Buildings 1, 2, and 3 are connected to the slopeside Main Building via indoor walkways and skywalks. The resort provides a in-town shuttle to the downtown/historic district and the Breckenridge Gondola station. Limited parking for lodging guests is provided in the covered parking garage or at an outdoor property lot for a fee.

Beaver Run offers property management-style housekeeping, as well as coin-operated laundry facilities. The resort features a spacious arcade with video games and mini-golf. Dog-friendly rooms are available with an additional fee. Dogs must be up to date on all vaccinations, weigh under 50lbs, and remain out of restricted areas like restaurants, pools, and the spa. The Beaver Run Mobile App offers mobile check-in and allows guests to unlock their room door using their phone.
