Public bike lanes are one block away, connecting to Montreal's larger cycling network. Walking to many major attractions is pleasant and direct.

The property offers a range of rooms: regular rooms on the ground floor, suites on the second floor (reachable by one flight of stairs), and a cottage apartment with a full kitchen (oven, microwave, refrigerator, kitchenware). The Senior Suite faces the road but has sound-dampening windows for a quiet sleep. All rooms include air conditioning, flat-screen TV with cable channels, tea/coffee maker, and a seating area. Some rooms have a sink or sofa, and private bathrooms are available in select room types. The Cottage Apartment features a private bathroom, kitchen, and 2 beds. Rooms are described as spotlessly clean, modern, and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and pillows. No rooms have a balcony.
