Hotel Details

Location

In the historic centre of Florence, within a 15-minute walk of Santa Maria Novella and Florence Central Station.
The apartment is centrally situated in Florence, placing major landmarks like Strozzi Palace (less than 1 km), the Uffizi Gallery (1 km), and the Duomo within easy walking distance. Florence Airport is 9 km away, accessible via taxi or tram from the central station. The area is safe and walkable with numerous cafés, restaurants, and a bistro (Curtatone Bistrot) within a few minutes' walk, making it practical for both sightseeing and daily meals.

Accommodation

Air-conditioned one-bedroom apartment with a living room, sofa bed, dining area, and full kitchen.
This self-contained apartment sleeps up to 5 guests using a double bed in the bedroom, a single sofa bed in the living room, and a second double sofa bed in the kitchen. The unit includes a washing machine, dining table, seating area, TV, and a fireplace. The private bathroom has a shower, hairdryer, and bidet. The apartment is functionally laid out, well-maintained, and suited for groups or families who want to prepare their own meals.

Dining

A fully equipped kitchen with a microwave and dining table allows self-catering; nearby restaurants are within a short walk.
The apartment includes a kitchen with a microwave, dining table, and washing machine, making it easy to prepare meals at home. If you prefer to eat out, more than eight eateries lie within 300 metres, including Trattoria Armando, Il Panino Tondo, and Ballerini Pasticceria Cioccolateria, offering a range of Italian cuisine and pastries. This flexibility is particularly convenient for longer stays or families with varied schedules.

Leisure

The apartment does not have dedicated wellness facilities, but it provides a comfortable base for city exploration.
There is no on-site spa, gym, or pool. The apartment's central location compensates by placing Florence's museums, galleries, and historic squares within walking distance, making it a practical choice for cultural travellers focused on sightseeing rather than in-house leisure.

Amenities

Free WiFi in public areas, air conditioning, pet-friendly policy, and full housekeeping equipment.
Internet access is free and available in public areas, though not guaranteed in the bedroom. The property offers air conditioning throughout, and pets are allowed at no extra charge. No parking is available, so plan for public transport or nearby paid parking. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, and the host is responsive and helpful for check-in and local recommendations. The property operates a non-smoking policy and accepts family rooms.
