The property is set in a quieter neighbourhood under the Nusle Bridge, with the tram stop Svatoplukova directly in front. Trams 7, 14, 18 and 24 reach Wenceslas Square in 10 minutes, Charles Bridge in 11 minutes and Prague Castle in 16 minutes. The city centre is about 35 minutes on foot or 20 minutes by tram. The Prague Congress Centre is just 350 metres away. The metro station is within a 5-minute walk, though the route involves a steep hill and an unlit park section at night which may feel less safe. Several cafés, a Lidl supermarket, and a few small bars and restaurants are within a few minutes' walk, while the Vysehrad fortress is a short uphill walk away. The area is well served for car-free exploration, with all major attractions easily reached by tram.

Rooms come as twin, triple or double configurations, all with heating, carpeted or parquet flooring, a wardrobe, safe deposit box, and a TV. Each room includes a kettle with tea and coffee, and a fridge. Private bathroom rooms have a shower, toilet and hairdryer; shared bathroom facilities are located on the same corridor with one bathroom and one toilet per two rooms, each with its own key. Some triple and twin rooms share a bathroom. Rooms are cleaned daily and towels are changed regularly. The rooms are small and basic in decor, but all essential amenities are present. Road-facing rooms can be noisy due to trams and traffic throughout the night, so lighter sleepers may prefer to request a room away from the street. Windows do not have blackout curtains and the property has no air conditioning, so sleeping with windows open in summer will increase noise; closed windows reduce noise but rooms can become stuffy. The property is located over three floors without a lift.

There is no on-site dining or breakfast service. Guests can prepare hot drinks and store snacks or drinks in the in-room fridge. A Lidl supermarket is a few minutes' walk away, and several small cafés and restaurants are nearby for meals. The bar located on the ground floor of the building serves drinks and appears to be a local spot. For a wider selection of restaurants, the city centre is a short tram ride away.

There is no spa, wellness centre or swimming pool at the property. The nearest leisure options include a golf course within 3 km and cycling routes in the area. Bicycle rental is available at the 24-hour front desk, and bikes can be stored in the corridor. For wellness treatments or pool access, guests would need to travel into the city centre.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the building and works reliably. The 24-hour front desk staff are known to be friendly and helpful. Luggage storage is available free of charge, useful for late departures or early arrivals. Daily housekeeping keeps the rooms clean, with fresh towels and bathroom supplies. The property provides safety deposit boxes and a fax/photocopying service. A laundry or ironing service is not available. Parking is off-site and costs €10 per night with mandatory advance reservation; the car park is secure and about 100 metres away. Street parking may also be found nearby in some areas, but public parking zones in Prague are complex. The building has a keypad entry and a lock that clicks audibly when used. Guests must leave the room key at reception when going out, which may cause a brief wait to re-enter. The property does not have lifts to the upper floors.
