ANDEL CENTRE SPIRIT, Prague

Andel Centre SPIRIT is located in a lively residential area of Prague 5, with excellent public transport links: the Anděl metro station (line B), tram stops, and bus routes are all within a 5-minute walk. The historic centre is about 2 km away - a pleasant 10-minute tram ride or a 25-minute riverside stroll. The area is well served by shops, including a Lidl, Tesco, and the shopping centre Nový Smíchov. A grocery store (Žabka) is just a 1-minute walk away. For airport connections, bus 191 runs frequently from the nearby stops to Václav Havel Airport (about 30 minutes). The location is calm enough for sleep, though ground-floor apartments facing the street may occasionally hear noise from the entrance and passers-by. Parking is by paid street app only - travellers arriving by car should plan for this extra cost.

The apartments range from one-bedroom to two-bedroom layouts, each including a large kitchen-living room with a dining table, a separate bathroom with a bathtub or shower, and a separate toilet in many units. Bed configurations vary: typical setups include two double beds in one room or a mix of doubles and singles, with an additional single bed in the living area. Each apartment is soundproofed and has parquet floors, heating (adjustable), a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and free Wi-Fi. Balconies or terraces are available in several apartments, offering courtyard or neighbourhood views. While the accommodation is spacious and practical, some units show signs of wear (soft mattresses, occasional broken slats, basic furniture). There is no air conditioning, but windows open for ventilation - a fan is available on request. The self-check-in system uses a smartphone link, and the building has a lift. Be aware that the single bed in the living area offers limited privacy; groups or families wanting a shared space should confirm the exact lay-out before booking.

The property operates with contactless access: check-in is done through a personal link sent to your phone, which unlocks both the building entrance and your apartment door. Wi-Fi is free throughout the building and generally reliable. Services include express check-in/out and invoice provision on request. A lift is available. There is no reception desk, no luggage storage, and no airport shuttle, so plan early arrivals and late departures accordingly. Baby cots (extra charge likely) can be provided on request - confirm availability when booking. Safety features include CCTV in common areas and fire extinguishers. The cleaning policy: apartments are cleaned on arrival but not re-serviced during short stays; for stays longer than 4 nights, an optional extra clean costs €40 and must be booked at reception. Laundry is not available - a launderette is located a 15-minute walk away. The no-pets policy applies. Parking is available only on paid streets via the parkincard.cz app; there is no private parking. Payment cards accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners Club, JCB, Discover.
