The location is ideal for families attending the Beach Blast tournament, as all fields are within walking distance. Free on-site parking (one spot per room) means you can park the car and explore the entire boardwalk area on foot.

Rooms range from double rooms with two beds to larger family and triple rooms, many featuring a balcony (shared balcony access). The tiled floors help keep sand out of the room, and mattresses are comfortable. Housekeeping refreshes towels and beds daily unless you decline. Some rooms have a seating area with a sofa. No kitchen facilities are available. The property has an elevator, though bathrooms are not wheelchair-accessible; the motel will try to assign ground-floor rooms upon request. Road-facing rooms tend to be quiet given the area's calm atmosphere.

The main outdoor pool is heated and open seasonally from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., with sun loungers and umbrellas for lounging. A separate children's pool (shallow end) is available for younger swimmers.
