Linens and towels are provided, but quality can vary; some guests have found them stained or with holes. The property is not designed for long stays or for those seeking modern decor.

The property does not have a restaurant or serve breakfast. There is a snack bar and vending machines offering snacks and drinks. A Denny's restaurant is located directly across the street, and several other dining options, including Rodeo Goat and Ferris Wheeler, are within a short walk. For a wider selection, the surrounding area has many restaurants accessible on foot or by a short drive. There is no room service, but food delivery from local restaurants is possible.
