Public transport is excellent - tram line 2 stops within a 5-minute walk and runs directly to Amsterdam Centraal Station and the city centre. Multiple restaurants and a supermarket (Albert Heijn) are within a 500-metre radius. The street is quiet and safe, making it suitable for a restful stay away from the busiest tourist areas. Parking costs €41 per day on-site; cheaper P+R options are available nearby.

The B&B offers twin/double rooms and a family room with two double beds. The family room places one bed on a mezzanine, offering a degree of privacy. Each room includes a tea and coffee maker; bathrooms have a shower and hairdryer. The rooms are described as comfortable and clean, with some featuring Japanese decor. All rooms have access to the roof terrace. Note: there is no TV in the rooms. Light sleepers should be aware that the owner lives on site with a dog. The property is located on the 3rd floor with stairs only - no lift is available.

Breakfast is a substantial European buffet with a variety of breads, cold cuts, cheeses, yogurt, fresh fruit, pastries, and soft-boiled eggs. Dietary restrictions are catered for: vegetarian, halal, and gluten-free options are available. Breakfast is served at an additional charge of €15 per person. Many guests find it excellent value. Takeaway breakfast can also be requested. In the evening, several restaurants (Slowth Brunch, Warung Barokah, and others) and a supermarket are within a 5-minute walk.

The property's green roof terrace is a true highlight - spacious, flower-filled, and furnished with tables and chairs. It offers a quiet place to unwind, enjoy the weather, or have a drink. The terrace is available to all guests and is frequently described as a little oasis. There is no pool, gym, or spa on site; the B&B's focus is on a cosy, home-like atmosphere.

Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the rooms. Luggage storage can be arranged before check-in and after check-out, useful for exploring the city on arrival/departure days.
