AB SAGRADA FAMILIA VIEWS, Barcelona

The apartment sits in a top-rated Barcelona area, 2 km from Casa Batllo and 2 km from Passeig de Gracia. Barcelona El Prat Airport is 15 km away. A supermarket operates in the same building (open until midnight), and at least seven restaurants are within a 0.3-km radius. The metro (L2, Monumental) is literally 50 m from the entrance, and the tram stop is equally close. For guests arriving by car, no dedicated parking is available; public parking options are in the vicinity. The area is walkable to many landmarks, but the metro handles longer journeys efficiently.

Each unit includes a full kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, and coffee machine. Air conditioning and heating are provided. The living room has limited seating (one small couch) but offers a view of Sagrada Familia from windows or a balcony. Bedrooms are mostly compact, with master bedrooms being more spacious. Some rooms are darker and smaller. The building has an old elevator that can be noisy. Noise isolation is weak: you can hear neighbours, street traffic, and the lift. Windows are old single-glazed. For larger groups, apartments with two bathrooms and two toilets make mornings much smoother.

The kitchen is stocked with dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, and coffee machine, plus cookware and utensils. A supermarket in the building is open until midnight, making daily shopping easy. There is no restaurant on site, but the street below hosts several dining options - Arepamundi, El Nano Bellaterra, Balcony Restaurante, La Gran Pena, and others, all within 0.5 km. Groups preferring breakfast at home can prepare it themselves; for a wider variety, nearby cafés are a short walk away.

No on-site pool, spa, or gym. The main leisure attraction is the unparalleled view of Sagrada Familia from many apartments - especially from top-floor terraces and balconies, which provide a front-row seat to the landmark. The immediate area is rich in cultural sites, and boating activities are available in the vicinity. For those seeking outdoor relaxation, the balcony or terrace serves as a pleasant spot for enjoying morning coffee or evening city views.
