The immediate neighbourhood is a commercial and dining hub with numerous restaurants, convenience stores, supermarkets and a 7-Eleven nearby. Yodobashi Church is a 4-minute walk, and Meotogi Shrine and the Korea Museum are also within easy reach. Rental bikes are available outside the property for local exploration.

Both double (queen) and twin (two single beds) options are available, each with a private bathroom with walk-in shower, a balcony overlooking a quiet street, air conditioning, heating, a work desk, and a wall-mounted bar for hanging clothes. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, kitchenware, and a washing machine. Rooms are soundproofed and spacious by Tokyo standards. Double rooms are only on the ground floor. The building has no elevator, so upper-floor rooms require climbing stairs. All rooms are non-smoking.
