The hotel sits on a quiet side street in central Shinjuku, just a 3-minute walk from Shinjuku Sanchome Subway Station (Marunouchi and Fukutoshin lines). Shinjuku Gyoen Garden is 500 metres away, and the lively Kabukicho entertainment area is a 10-minute walk. Shinjuku Train Station (1 km) provides rail and bus links across Tokyo. A convenience store is a 1-minute walk, and numerous restaurants and bars are within the immediate area. Taxi from Narita or Haneda is straightforward, and the location allows easy walking access to most Shinjuku attractions.

Room sizes are compact, typical for central Tokyo, but kept clean with daily servicing and fresh towels. Each room includes a work desk, electric kettle, hairdryer, yukata, slippers, and toiletries. Double rooms have a 120 cm semi-double bed; twin rooms offer three single beds; triple rooms feature three futons on tatami. Some rooms are designated smoking - non-smoking rooms can be requested. The property is older and basic, but beds are comfortable and amenities are functional. Noise from nearby construction can occur in the early morning; rooms on higher floors or away from the main street are quieter. No rooms have balconies.

The hotel does not have a restaurant or bar. A vending machine offers drinks, and a microwave in the lobby is available for guest use. Breakfast - if selected during booking - is a Japanese/Western continental style. For other meals, the surrounding Shinjuku area offers countless dining options ranging from ramen and sushi to international cuisine, all within a short walk.
