The nearest station is Sangenjaya Station, an 8-minute walk away, where the train runs directly to Shibuya in about 5 minutes. Haneda Airport is 17 km away. The immediate neighbourhood is peaceful and primarily residential, with a grocery store along the route from the station and a variety of independent cafes, restaurants, and shops clustered near the station. Kitazawa Hachiman Shrine is 2 km away, and the Snowdome Museum is 2 km away. Tokyo Holy Cross Church is a 12-minute walk away, and Shinganji Temple is 18 minutes away on foot. For longer journeys, the area also offers bus connections.

Each apartment includes a separate bedroom and a living area, with a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, and essential cookware. Room sizes vary: 30 m2 apartments are on the first and second floors, while 25 m2 apartments are on the third floor. Some rooms offer a loft area with a futon. All apartments have a balcony with a quiet street view, a flat-screen TV, and a dining area. The building has no elevator, so guests requiring ground-level access should request a first-floor room.
