BONITO ALOJAMIENTO F, Valencia

Located 12 km from Valencia Airport, the property sits in a quieter area with a tram stop (line 4) directly in front, providing a direct link to Pont de Fusta and the historic centre. The immediate neighbourhood offers several bars and restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk, including Restaurante Casa de Lichi, Bar Amigos, and Vergel Bistro. The Church of Saint Nicolás is 3 km away, and Bioparc Valencia is 5 km away. While the location is practical for car-free travel, the tram passing by generates noticeable noise and vibration in the building. Free street parking is occasionally found opposite the property.

Accommodation consists of air-conditioned one-bedroom apartments with a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and tea and coffee maker. The private bathroom includes a shower and hairdryer. Some units feature a terrace, providing usable outdoor space, while others have a balcony. The apartments are generally compact, with limited floor space for large suitcases, particularly in the bedroom which is often a mezzanine or upstairs area accessed by a steep staircase. Rooms with a terrace are quieter and offer more privacy. The duvets and pillows are firm, and mattresses may feel very firm or have a slight depression over time. Noise from the tram and neighbouring rooms is a consistent issue, making the property less suitable for very light sleepers.
