The surrounding area has many casual eateries within a 5-10 minute walk, including Black Canyon, Krua Chum Sai, and Paper Butter & the Burger. Vegetarian guests will need to order via food delivery apps as no vegetarian-friendly dining is available on the property.

The property has an outdoor swimming pool (saltwater), a fitness centre, and a sauna - all free for guests. The pool is open all year but is not heated, so the water can be very cold. The sauna is a standout feature included in the room experience. Note that these facilities have been reported as not available during certain periods, so it is advisable to confirm their operational status before booking.

The property provides free Wi-Fi in all rooms, but the connection can be weak. Free private on-site parking requires a reservation. An airport shuttle service is available for an additional charge.
