Taxis and tuk-tuks wait outside the hotel, and Grab cars can pick up directly in front. Despite the buzzing surroundings, rooms on higher floors or interior rooms without windows are quieter.

Rooms are described as spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and modern concrete-style bathrooms. Standard Rooms have no windows, which can help reduce noise from the street. Some rooms offer a balcony. Air conditioning is fitted, though its filter condition varies. Noise from Khao San Road can be an issue in street-facing rooms, especially those with thin balcony doors, so a top-floor or interior room is recommended for light sleepers.
