The hotel is tucked away in a peaceful residential lane, yet major attractions are within walking distance: Khao San Road is 10-15 minutes away, the Grand Palace about 3 km, and the Bangkok National Museum 2 km. The Phra Arthit ferry pier is roughly 5 minutes on foot, providing fast and scenic boat access to temples and riverside areas. Don Mueang International Airport is 26 km away - reachable by taxi (350-450 THB from Suvarnabhumi), Airport Rail Link to Phaya Thai plus a taxi, or Bus S1 to Khao San (60 THB). The hotel is a short walk from cafes, restaurants, a 7-11, and the lively backpacker area, while remaining quiet enough to hear birds.

Accommodation includes double and twin rooms, as well as balcony rooms and suites. All rooms feature air conditioning, a minibar, coffee machine, safe, and flat-screen TV. Private bathrooms are en suite with a shower, hairdryer, slippers, and free toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower cream, toothbrush, toothpaste). Some rooms overlook the courtyard garden with the large banyan tree. The Deluxe Double and Queen rooms are 40 m² with a king-size bed. Twin rooms offer two single beds. Balcony rooms are available but smoking is not permitted on them. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, and daily housekeeping keeps them very clean. No extra beds can be added.

Breakfast is available for an additional 200 THB, offering a buffet with a variety of Thai dishes (curries, Khao Soi), eggs cooked to order, fresh fruit, juices, and coffee.
