The beach is 7 minutes on foot, and the JBR promenade, Bluewater island and Ain Dubai are all within a short walk. A 24-hour supermarket (Spinney's) is in the same building, and several other grocery stores and restaurants are within a few minutes' walk. Al Maktoum International Airport is 25 km away; paid airport shuttle transfers can be arranged. The apartment is on the 11th floor of the Aurora building in the Marina Promenade complex, with windows that stop most traffic noise.

The apartment sleeps up to 5 people using the double bed in the bedroom, a sofa bed suitable for 2 adults or 3 children, and an optional Foldaway Guest Mattress or IKEA guest bed available on request. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and large wardrobes. Both bathrooms include a bath and a shower, with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided.
