Location

Located in Dubai Marina, a 15-minute walk from Marina Beach and less than 1 km from The Walk at JBR.

The apartments sit in the heart of Dubai Marina, surrounded by a wide choice of restaurants, cafés, and shops within a few hundred metres. Marina Beach is a 15-minute walk, and Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) is less than 1 km away. The neighbourhood is lively with dining options yet remains quiet at night. Al Maktoum International Airport is 24 km away; an airport shuttle can be arranged for a fee. Free on-site parking is available without reservation, making car use practical. The central marina location provides easy access to attractions such as Mall of the Emirates and Burj Khalifa.

Accommodation

Spacious, modern apartments with 1-3 bedrooms, private bathrooms, fully equipped kitchens, and balconies with marina or city views.

The apartments are large and well-appointed, ideal for families or groups. Each unit features air conditioning, soundproof walls, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a washing machine, and a tea and coffee maker. All apartments have a balcony, with many offering stunning marina views. Kitchens include a stovetop, refrigerator, oven, and kitchenware. Multiple bathroom configurations (some with 2-3 bathrooms) provide added privacy. The interiors are modern and clean, with comfortable beds and sofas. The larger apartments can accommodate up to 4 beds, and cots are available on request.

Leisure

Guests have free access to an outdoor swimming pool with a view, a kids' pool, a fitness centre, and sun loungers on the pool deck.

The outdoor swimming pool operates all year round and features a pool with a view over the marina, plus a separate kids' pool. Sun loungers, beach chairs, and umbrellas are provided free of charge, along with pool/beach towels. The fitness centre is also free to use. These amenities are located within the VIDA Dubai Marina Residences complex. Both the pool and gym are highlighted as convenient for daily relaxation and exercise, complementing the Marina's walking and beach access.
