The surrounding area offers a main shopping street with numerous restaurants, bars, and supermarkets within a 0.5 km radius. The property is in a residential building on the 4th floor; an elevator is available. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, heating, a tea and coffee maker, a dining table, a refrigerator, a wardrobe, and a flat-screen TV. The private bathrooms include free toiletries, a hairdryer, and a bidet. Room maintenance varies; some units show wear such as broken floor tiles or bathroom doors that do not close fully. The property is quiet at night, but road-facing rooms may pick up street noise from nearby construction during the day. The rooms are generally clean and suitable for a comfortable stay, with daily housekeeping and towel changes provided. The double room configuration includes one bed.

The included breakfast is a continental-style offering: coffee (often from a moka pot), packaged croissants, yogurt, jam, and chocolate spread. Fresh items are limited, and selection may vary. Several restaurants, pizzerias, and cafes are within a 300-metre walk, including Il Ragno d'Oro, Paninoteca Slurp, and Dal Toscano. For greater choice, guests can also find supermarkets nearby offering fresh ingredients. Breakfast is served in a shared kitchen area where guests can prepare coffee themselves.

The property does not have on-site wellness facilities such as a pool, spa, or gym. Leisure options nearby include an ice-skating rink and the many cultural attractions of central Rome.

Free WiFi is available throughout the property, though connectivity can be inconsistent in rooms. Paid off-site private parking costs €35 per day and must be reserved in advance. The property has no formal reception; check-in is handled via phone or WhatsApp. The staff includes English, Spanish, French, Italian, and Russian speakers. A shared kitchen area with a refrigerator and electric kettle is provided. Daily housekeeping and towel changes are offered. The building is secure with multiple entry codes and keys.
