The Prati neighbourhood is safe, quiet, and has many restaurants, bars, and supermarkets within a few hundred metres. Most major attractions - Vatican, Colosseum, Pantheon - are walkable in 15-40 minutes. The central location means rooms facing the street can be affected by traffic noise; rooms on the courtyard are quieter.

Rooms vary in size: double, twin/double, triple (2 beds), and family (2 beds) configurations are available. All rooms have a private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, and toiletries; some bathrooms are compact and some triple rooms have a bath. Rooms are simply furnished with a wardrobe, tea and coffee maker, and parquet flooring. A few rooms have a glass wall facing the corridor, with a curtain for privacy - these rooms can feel less private and allow light and noise from the shared kitchen and coffee machine area. Rooms with windows overlooking the street may pick up traffic noise; courtyard-facing rooms are quieter. No rooms have a balcony. Daily housekeeping is included, and a fridge shelf in the shared kitchen is allocated per room. The lift is small but working.

Breakfast is not a buffet or cooked meal. A tray is left in the room each morning with a coffee capsule, a small juice carton, a packaged croissant or mini cake, and spreads. This is a light, sweet breakfast suitable for a quick start. The shared kitchen has a kettle, fridge, and basic equipment for preparing snacks or simple meals. No restaurant or bar is on site, but the immediate area has dozens of restaurants and cafes within a 2-minute walk. For a more substantial breakfast, cafés serving fresh pastries and coffee are nearby.

Wi-Fi is free in all areas; connection strength can vary. Daily housekeeping is included. Luggage storage is available before check-in and after check-out, a practical option for late flights. The airport shuttle (Fiumicino) costs €45-€60 and must be requested in advance. Self check-in uses a mobile link to open the building and room doors - no physical reception is staffed. Private check-in/out and an invoice are provided. The building has CCTV in common areas, key-card access, and fire extinguishers. No pool, spa, or wellness facilities are present.
