BROCCAINDOSSO WOOD APARTMENTS 5*, Bologna

The apartments are on a quiet street just inside the city walls, placing the main sights within easy walking distance. Piazza Maggiore is 1 km away, Santo Stefano Church is a 9-minute walk, and the Archiginnasio and Quadrilatero areas are 14-16 minutes on foot. Bologna Guglielmo Marconi Airport is 12 km away. The street itself has several restaurants within a few doors, making it feel safe and lively even in the evening. The ground-floor apartments face a quiet courtyard at the rear, so central location does not mean street noise.

Each apartment has a separate living room, air conditioning, heating, a washing machine, and a flat-screen TV. Larger units offer 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with 3 beds, while 1-bedroom apartments have 2 beds - both layouts include a terrace with garden furniture. The interiors are newly renovated and tastefully furnished, providing a fresh, modern feel. Beds are firm and comfortable, showers are powerful, and storage space is generous. Soundproofing is excellent, and natural light is abundant in the street-facing rooms. Shoe and clothing storage is substantial, useful for longer stays.

Wellness facilities are not available at the property. The private terrace with outdoor furniture and the small garden are the main relaxation spaces. The central location makes it easy to reach Bologna's parks, historic squares, and cultural sites on foot.
