GALLERY GUESTHOUSE BY LESDOMUS, Bologna

The guesthouse sits on a quiet street in a safe neighbourhood, yet is within a 10-15 minute walk of the main historic attractions, including Santo Stefano Church (less than 1 km) and La Macchina del Tempo (12 minutes). A bus stop right outside provides a direct link to Bologna Centrale train station (about 25 minutes on foot), and the airport is 10 km away. Numerous restaurants and cafés are a short 2-5 minute walk away, and the nearby Park Margherita offers a pleasant green space. Rafting is available in the surroundings for those seeking outdoor activity.

Each room includes a private bathroom with a shower, bidet, hairdryer, and free toiletries. In-room amenities feature a flat-screen TV, electric kettle, wardrobe, heating, and a work desk. Some rooms have a sofa bed and refrigerator. Rooms are decorated in a distinctive vintage style with curated details; many are spacious by Italian city standards. Standard rooms have two beds and adequate storage. Basement rooms with small barred windows lack natural light and can be humid, while street-level rooms may have limited privacy at night when lit. A common area with a coffee machine, microwave, and fridge is available to all.

The guesthouse does not serve breakfast at the property. A common area is equipped with a capsule coffee machine, tea, an electric kettle, a microwave, and a refrigerator - suitable for preparing a simple morning drink or snack. For a full meal, guests can choose from numerous restaurants within a short 2-5 minute walk, including Circolo Ristorante San Tommaso d'Aquino, Forno Brisa Castiglione, and Ristorante Da Fabio, all 0.5 km away.

Wellness and leisure amenities are not offered at the property. The location provides easy access to the historic centre, parks such as Park Margherita, and outdoor activities like rafting in the surrounding area.

WiFi is free in all areas. The property operates with a self check-in system - no reception desk; access codes are provided on the day of arrival. An invoice is provided upon request. Safety features include fire extinguishers and smoke alarms. There is no on-site parking, no luggage storage, and no laundry service (though a washing machine is available in the common area). Staff respond quickly to messages for assistance during the stay.
