The motel sits in a quiet area a few blocks off the main street, offering easy access to Garden of the Gods (a 12-minute walk to the south side), Manitou Springs restaurants and shops, and the Pikes Peak Cog Railway. Pikes Peak Highway and Cave of the Winds are a 10-minute drive away; Seven Falls is 15 minutes. Free private parking with reservation means you can park directly in front of your room. Complimentary bikes provide a practical way to explore nearby trails and the local bike path to Old Colorado City.

All rooms are on the ground floor with private outdoor locked entrances and parking directly outside. They feature air conditioning, hard flooring, in-room bike racks, microwave, small refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, free Wi-Fi, and cable TV. Room types include standard queen/king rooms, suites with kitchenettes or full kitchens, and family cottages with separate bedrooms and bunk beds. Some rooms have showers only (no tub). Complimentary fixed-speed bikes are available first-come-first-served for riding around the property or to nearby restaurants. Professional bike rentals for trail riding can be arranged with local shops. On-site leisure includes a volleyball court, ping pong, board games, and a picnic area with barbecue grills.
