BULLE DE SPA, Lyon

The property sits in a residential area, and Part-Dieu station gives practical rail connections across the city. Musée Miniature et Cinéma is 5 km away and Musée des Confluences is 7 km, with an ice-skating rink close by. A range of eateries, including Pizza Presto and Comptoir 77, is within 300 m, and several more are within 500 m.

The apartment sleeps two adults and pairs a separate bedroom with a living room, dining table and sitting area. The kitchenette has a stovetop, fridge, microwave and kitchenware, while tea and coffee facilities, free toiletries, a hairdryer and chocolate are supplied. Air conditioning, heating, soundproofed walls, parquet flooring, a dressing area, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a fireplace complete the space. The large bed is comfortable but sits centrally with no headboard and the frame can creak. Some fittings show wear: the bathroom has unfinished renovation details, shower pressure can be weak, and the entry-door lock and some electrical points lack robustness. Cleanliness has been inconsistent, including pest presence and worn linens in some stays, so check the room thoroughly on arrival.

Breakfast availability is date-dependent and appears under the room options once dates are selected. Wine or champagne can be supplied for an additional charge. Several eateries are within easy walking distance: Pizza Presto and Comptoir 77 at 300 m, and Domino's, La Billebaude, Kan Food, Table et Partage and Les Dunes at 500 m.

The wellness centre suits two people: a hot tub/Jacuzzi, spa bath, sauna, spa facilities and a relaxation lounge are free to use during the stay, making the property a natural fit for a couples' evening. The jacuzzi is the main experience, but its condition varies: jets can release residue, LED lighting does not always work, and the tub has sometimes shown hygiene wear. No swimming pool is available. Testing the jets and lighting before settling in gives time to request a fresh or repaired set-up.

Wi-Fi is free in all areas, lockers are available for storing belongings, and CCTV in common areas plus smoke alarms are fitted. An airport shuttle can be arranged for an additional fee after the booking is confirmed. Entry codes are explained clearly in advance, making self-access smooth.
