BURLINGTON HOSTEL, Los Angeles

The hostel sits 2 km from Crypto.com Arena and 2 km from Microsoft Theater, making it a practical base for downtown events and the convention center. Korea Town is 12 minutes away by car, and Hawthorne Municipal Airport is 18 km away. The area feels isolated at night, but the bus line next to the property provides direct access to downtown LA and the nearest light rail. Several eateries are within a 1 km walk, including El Colmao, El Pollo Loco, and Unique Thai.

The hostel offers female and mixed dormitory rooms. Each bunk has a privacy curtain, personal light, and an outlet. Air conditioning and heating are available, but some rooms have reported ineffective cooling. Lockers are provided but do not have working locks, so bringing a padlock is essential to secure valuables. Bedrooms are generally adequate, though some mattresses have been described as uncomfortable. Linens and a blanket are provided. The house has a musty odor in common areas, and some room doors lack working locks.

The hostel does not have a restaurant. Breakfast availability depends on the selected room option and must be confirmed at booking. The fully equipped shared kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, and dining table, allowing guests to prepare their own meals. Several casual dining spots, including El Pollo Loco, Subway, and Jin Chinese Kitchen, are within a 1 km walk.

The hostel does not offer a spa, swimming pool, or fitness centre. Leisure options are limited to the outdoor terrace, picnic area, and shared lounge with a TV. The garden and outdoor seating provide a quiet spot to relax in good weather.
