CA' DADA APPARTAMENTO, Venice

The apartment is a 15-minute walk from Santa Lucia train station, with the San Stae vaporetto stop just 4 minutes on foot for easy water-bus access. The surrounding area is lively yet peaceful, with a supermarket (Coop at Campo San Giacomo), numerous restaurants, and fresh food markets within a few minutes' walk. The location is ideal for exploring on foot, with major landmarks such as Rialto Bridge and Piazza San Marco all walkable, yet the apartment itself remains quiet. For longer journeys, the vaporetto provides convenient connections across the city and to the airport (via Alilaguna).

The apartment is notably large for central Venice, featuring a bright living room with a flat-screen TV and a separate well-equipped kitchen with a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine. The bedroom has a double bed that cannot be split into two singles, ample wardrobe space, and air conditioning that is described as very effective. The private bathroom includes a walk-in shower and free toiletries. Balcony doors open onto a canal view, adding a true Venetian atmosphere. The space is suitable for couples or close friends, and the quiet environment helps ensure a restful stay.

The kitchen is stocked with modern appliances including a stove, oven, microwave, and electric kettle, plus a washing machine for longer stays. Guests often use the nearby Rialto markets for fresh fish and vegetables. For those preferring to dine out, numerous restaurants, pizzerias, and bars are within a 3-minute walk, including Osteria Da Fiore and Taverna da Baffo. Starter provisions such as coffee, sugar, water, juice, beer, fruit, and pastries are typically provided by the host upon arrival, making self-catering especially convenient for the first evening.

The apartment offers free high-speed internet (tested at 63 Mbps) suitable for streaming and video calls. The host provides a meet-and-greet service, often at the San Stae vaporetto stop, and helps carry luggage up the stairs. Luggage storage is available at the host's office after checkout, giving guests a full day to explore without bags. No parking is available - the best approach is to take the bus or vaporetto to the property. Check-in is from 16:00 to 22:00, and early/late arrivals can be arranged by contacting the host.
