Nearby attractions include Doge's Palace (less than 1 km), Basilica San Marco (800 metres), and Grassi Palace (400 metres). Several restaurants, a wine bar, and a gelateria are within 0.5 km, and a Despar supermarket is around the corner, ideal for self-catering. The location works well for both walking and using the vaporetto, though reaching the apartment from the train station or the key collection office involves a 30-minute walk or a boat ride.

Each apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and kitchenware, plus a washing machine, tea and coffee maker, and a dining area. The living room includes a seating area with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels (and Netflix access). Units are air-conditioned, heated, and have ironing facilities. The apartments are described as beautifully decorated, spacious, and very clean, with comfortable beds and quality linens. The ground-floor apartment has a private patio with garden views; upper-floor units share a courtyard. Some apartments have a skylight window for ventilation. The third bed (a 80 cm wide fold-out) is better suited for a child than an adult. Noise from the internal heating unit near the sofa bed in some apartments may affect sleep before midnight. The apartments are a good size for a self-catering city stay, balancing home-like comfort with a central location.

The apartment has a well-fitted kitchen with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and all necessary cookware for preparing meals. A Despar supermarket is located just around the corner, ideal for buying fresh groceries and breakfast items.
