The location is pedestrian-only, and the train station is a 20-25 minute walk or a short vaporetto ride. Guests arriving by car must park in Mestre or at Piazzale Roma and take the vaporetto, as there is no parking at the property.

All rooms have a private bathroom with a shower or bath, a hairdryer, and free toiletries. Some rooms include a small fridge and an electric kettle. The rooms are generally spacious, with parquet or carpeted floors. Some units are located on upper floors and can only be accessed via steep, narrow stairs - there is no lift.
