CALLAO SUITES, Madrid

Gran Via Metro Station is a 5-minute walk, and all central neighborhoods are reachable on foot. Puerta del Sol is 3 minutes away, Plaza Mayor is 500 metres, and the Prado Museum is a 16-minute walk. The property is on a busy shopping street with high pedestrian traffic, which brings vibrant energy as well as noise that continues into the early hours. Ongoing construction on the building opposite has been noted as a source of early-morning and late-night disruption. For daytime exploration, the location is unbeatable - the area is packed with shops, cafés, and restaurants on your doorstep, including Mercado San Miguel (7 min), the El Corte Inglés department store, and endless dining options on nearby streets.

Units range from 2-bedroom/2-bath layouts to larger configurations with 3 bedrooms and up to 3 bathrooms, comfortably sleeping 6 to 8 people. Each apartment features a living room, a dining area, and a private entrance. Bedding is firm but comfortable. Each apartment includes a private shower bathroom; some bathrooms are compact, especially the second bathroom. Air conditioning is individually controlled in each room. Street-facing apartments can be very noisy, particularly during weekend nights and ongoing construction hours. Some apartments open onto an internal courtyard, offering better sleep quality. The interiors are bright and spacious, with a mix of modern furnishings and original building features, though maintenance and cleanliness have been inconsistent.
