The hotel is just off I-90, providing easy access for car travel to the university, Warren Golf Course (3 km), and the airport. A walking or running path is located behind the hotel. Several restaurants and fast-food options are within a two-minute walk, including Fazoli's, Culver's, and Starbucks.

All rooms include a 37-inch flat-screen TV, microwave, mini-fridge, coffeemaker, work desk, and free Wi-Fi. Standard rooms have bathroom showers with curved shower rods; some suites have a sofa bed or a separate bedroom. The two-room suites include a full kitchen with a stove-top and refrigerator, plus an extra TV and a recliner. Suites with kitchen are the only rooms where the bed is in a separate room. No rooms have a balcony, and none have a jacuzzi tub.

The hot breakfast varies daily and includes items such as scrambled eggs, sausage or bacon, mini waffles, biscuits and gravy, fresh fruit, juices, and coffee. Breakfast bags are available for early departures. The hotel has no on-site restaurant, bar, or room service for other meals.
