The resort sits directly on the oceanfront, providing private beach access and uninterrupted sea views. Myrtle Beach Convention Center is 1 km away, Broadway at the Beach is 2 km, and Myrtle Beach State Park is 9 km. Within a 0.5 km walk, there are multiple dining options including Lulu's Cafe, Bummz Beach Cafe, River City Cafe, and Strong Waters Craft Cocktails & Kitchen. The Boardwalk is within walking distance, and Barefoot Landing is a 20-minute drive. Parking is free and on site, with a garage from the 2nd to 10th floors and an oversized overflow lot across the street. Motorcycles are permitted and park on the lower floor (second floor only).

The resort offers a variety of self-catering accommodations: studios, one-bedroom suites, two-bedroom suites, and three-bedroom condos. Each unit has a private entrance, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and kitchenware. Note that bathtubs have high step-overs, and there are no walk-in showers. The overall condition of fixtures, furniture, and carpeting varies, with some units showing signs of age.
