QUALITY INN WILMINGTON, Wilmington

From the hotel, Wrightsville Beach and historic downtown Wilmington are both within a 12-minute drive. The area is well served by local taxis and Uber for airport transfers; the hotel does not offer a shuttle. A good number of restaurants are within a 5-minute walk, including Skytown Beer Company, Mizuki Japan, Agostino's Pizza & Pasta, Hieronymus Seafood Restaurant & Oyster Bar, and Crispino's Pizza. The I-40 highway is minutes away, making the hotel convenient for quick stops on longer road trips. The surrounding neighborhood is safe and well-lit, with plenty of stores and shopping centers close by.

Room options include double rooms with one bed and family rooms with two beds. Each room is equipped with a mini-refrigerator, a microwave, and tea and coffee making facilities. Air conditioning and heating are standard, and rooms are non-smoking. Some units feature a tumble dryer. The style is modern and clean, with wood flooring in many rooms, which helps reduce allergy triggers. Bedding and pillows have been noted as notably comfortable by some, but the metal bed frames can be noisy when moving. Road-facing rooms, rooms near the elevator, or those with adjoining doors tend to pick up more noise from hallways and adjacent rooms. Light sleepers may want to request a quieter, higher-floor room away from high-traffic areas.

The outdoor pool is open seasonally and is clean and well-maintained when in use. The fitness centre is equipped and free for guests. There is no hot tub or spa on-site. The property also offers a patio area and a barbecue grill with seating. Nearby, Wrightsville Beach is a 12-minute drive away for those seeking seaside leisure. The area around the hotel provides a safe environment with ample parking and well-lit common spaces.
