The apartment itself does not contain a pool, spa, or gym. For recreation, an ice-skating rink is available in the neighbourhood. The quiet residential setting also makes the area pleasant for walking. The apartment's proximity to the Vatican and the Stadio Olimpico means guests can easily attend events, tours, or matches.

The apartment offers free Wi-Fi throughout, air conditioning, a lift to all floors, and a washing machine for guest use. There is no on-site parking, so guests relying on a car should plan to use nearby public parking garages. Pets are allowed on request, though additional charges may apply. The entire property is non-smoking. Check-in is flexible with advance coordination, and the host communicates clearly and responds quickly to questions. Late arrivals after 23:00 incur a surcharge.
