A well-stocked OXXO convenience store and a minimarket are immediately across the street and within the complex. Walking to the central restaurant strip or to ferry points for Isla Mujeres is not practical without a bus or car.

The apartments are located within the Cancún Plaza Condo complex, each offering an open-plan layout with a living room, a separate bedroom (or two bedrooms in the larger unit), and a bathroom with shower. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, cookware, and a coffee machine. Light sleepers may want to confirm the unit is not road-facing, as street noise can be audible.

The food is considered good value for the location, and the terrace provides an unobstructed sea view. For self-catering, the kitchenette is equipped with basic appliances and utensils, though crockery and cookware are limited. A minimarket operates within the building, and an OXXO convenience store is directly across the main road, making it easy to buy groceries, snacks, and drinks. The beach is sandy and cleaned regularly, with protected swimming conditions and a private lifeguard on duty. The property also has a garden with a terrace. The overall atmosphere is calm and family-friendly, not a party location. Pool and beach access is available even after checkout, making it convenient for late flights.

The complex provides free, secure private parking on site (no reservation needed). Wi-Fi is free of charge in the rooms and works reliably. The building has a minimarket, a tour agency, and a security guard for the parking lot. There is no 24-hour reception; communication is through the owner or property manager via WhatsApp or the booking platform. Luggage storage is not a formal service, but common areas (pool, beach) can be used after checkout. The property is not wheelchair accessible - several stairs lead to the pool area. Daily cleaning is not included; towels and sheets are not replaced unless requested. The electronic door code system is convenient and eliminates the need for keys.
