The hotel sits on busy Biscayne Boulevard, but the pool and many rooms are set back, offering quiet sleeping. The location is best navigated by car or ride-share; a bus stop is right outside. Mid Beach is about 10 minutes by car, South Beach 30-45 minutes, and the cruise port roughly 20 minutes away. Several restaurants, a bakery, and a CVS are within a few blocks. For airport access, Miami International Airport is 11 km (11 km) away. There is no shuttle service to the port or airport.

Rooms are approximately 300-29 m², decorated with 1950s-inspired custom furniture. King rooms overlook the courtyard and pool; Skylark Double rooms have two full-size beds and garden views. All rooms feature Italian hypoallergenic mattresses, oversized walk-in rainfall showers, plush bathrobes, and spa-quality toiletries. Most rooms include a separate enclosed WC. Deluxe King rooms add a Keurig coffee maker and mini-fridge. Air conditioning, ceiling fans, and a workspace with USB charging are standard. Rooms do not have balconies. Upstairs rooms require stair access; no lift is on site. Road-facing rooms may hear traffic, while courtyard-facing rooms are quieter.

Currently, the hotel does not offer breakfast or lunch on the property. Complimentary coffee and tea are available in the lobby 24 hours a day. The pool bar operates Thursday and Friday 6pm-midnight, Saturday 3pm-midnight, and Sunday 2pm-8pm.
