Capsules can sleep one or two people on a double bed. Inside the capsule, there is a control panel for lights and ventilation, plus USB and power outlets. The mattress is firm; some travellers find it uncomfortable for extended stays, while others appreciate the support. The capsules are made of thin plastic, so noise from adjacent capsules can be heard clearly - light sleepers should bring earplugs. There is no wardrobe; clothes are stored in the locker (fits a backpack or small suitcase) or inside the capsule. The shared bathroom is gender-separated and includes walk-in showers, hairdryers, and free toiletries. Towels are available at an extra charge. The dormitory room holds up to 12 capsules (24 people), which can lead to crowding and noise. Ventilation in the room can feel stale, especially when full.

The shared kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, kettle, and utensils - suitable for preparing simple meals. There is no stove for cooking. A wide selection of restaurants and cafes are within a 2-5 minute walk, including Mahori, Sorolla Cafe, Go Salad, and Restaurante Escena Valencia. The nearby Mercadona supermarket also supplies groceries. Please note that eating and drinking is not permitted inside the capsules.
